Traumatic Awakenings?

Do you feel tired when you wake up, do your eyes burn, do you sleep so much that you don't remember who you are? Would you like to wake up and be active immediately?

I am Jean-Luc and I wear sunglasses...
Not everyone has difficulty getting up in the morning. There are some who wake up at once because of the discharge of adrenaline generated by the annoying ringing of the alarm clock. There are people who, thanks to their habit of falling asleep in their room with the raised blinds (or opened tents), manage to get up without too many problems.
For others, unfortunately, waking up can be traumatic. Some say that it is a calamity to be avoided.
Some people with this type of problem decided to follow a simple procedure. Through a simple process, their awakenings have become very quiet and that moment of their day became everything but a problem. Through the interviews I conducted over the last few months, I found promising results.
The idea is to wear your sunglasses when you become conscious in the morning. The glasses should be worn for no longer than 5 minutes and will be removed when you no longer feel the need to have them on.

All that remains is to wish you all a good awakening from here to the rest of your life!

That's the English version of "Risvegli poco felici?"
